Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Interest in CNC machining, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn precision machining techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNC machinists and operators with daily machining operations and production tasks.
• Learn to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Support quality control by inspecting finished parts for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Help with loading and unloading raw materials and finished components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with shop standards.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance and tooling changes.
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders as directed.
