Qualifications

• 1–2 years CNC experience preferred, or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic shop math.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision tooling components according to detailed work instructions.
• Load materials and tooling into CNC machines and verify machine setups meet job specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Work alongside CNC programmers, machinists, and engineers to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while performing routine machine maintenance.
• Monitor, document, and communicate production and quality information accurately.
• Assist with troubleshooting minor machine, tooling, or quality issues under guidance of experienced team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to overall team performance.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
