Qualifications

• Experience with precision measuring equipment preferred.

• Plan proper sequence of tasks to complete a work order.
• Check output for quality assurance.
• Program and prove out programs to achieve desired result.

The Machinist is responsible for the timely and accurate manufacture of parts per print specifications utilizing a variety of machining centers safely. They may also make or repair machine tools and maintain industrial machines.

• During the performance of their duties, the employee will utilize production manufacturing equipment, measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, a scale, and computer assisted software.
• Has own basic machinist tools and toolbox, tools such as calipers, scales and indicators & magnetic base, tape measure.
