Job summary

DMG MORI USA is seeking a skilled technical professional to provide on-site and phone support for CNC machines, demonstrations, and customer training. You will design fixtures, troubleshoot complex processes, and generate proposals and reports for turnkey solutions.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field with 4–10+ years of experience, Mill-Turn expertise, and strong communication with customers and internal staff. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
• 4–10+ years related experience.
• Mill-Turn experience required; robotics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in person or over the phone for customers, sales, and trade shows for CNC Machines.
• Design and fabricate fixtures/workholding for demos, test cuts, and turnkey solutions.
• Define and troubleshoot complex manufacturing/machining processes.
