Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Applications Engineer / Programmer with strong hyperMILL CAM to support high-precision metal-cutting equipment. This customer-facing role focuses on machine installations, training, and technical support, with responsibilities in applications development, programming, and process optimization.

You will develop and modify CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis mills, troubleshoot programming and tooling, and help customers improve cycle times,

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining and programming experience.
• Experience with high-speed, precision milling.
• Ability to read drawings and GD&T.
• Customer-facing with training skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support installations, startups, and training at customer facilities.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis machines.
• Provide hands-on operator training on CNC programming and setup.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to ensure proper implementation.
• Document activities and recommendations.
