Title: CNC and Wire EDM Operator

Premier Pan Company is a leader in manufacturing commercial and retail baking pans.

Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday

We are a stable, growing family-owned business located in Moon Township, PA.

Responsibilities:

1. CNC programming and Wire EDM setup.
2. Set up machines to initiate production cycles.
3. Ensure continuous and efficient production.
4. Press, shear, and fold pans using semi-automated machines.
5. Assemble pans into steel bands.
6. Use semi-automated machines for welding.
7. Monitor output for machine-related errors or flaws.

Physical Requirements:

1. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards (e.g., use of protective gear).
2. Willingness to learn and improve skills.
3. Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
4. Stand or sit for 8-10 hours daily with repetitive motion.
5. Repeatedly lift 2-10 pounds.
6. Understanding of production procedures.
