Job Title: CNC and Wire EDM Operator

Premier Pan Company is the nation's leader in manufacturing commercial and retail baking pans. We are a stable, growing, family-owned business located in Moon Township, PA.

Position Overview: A Machine Operator in this role will be responsible for CNC programming, Wire EDM setup, machine setup for production cycles, ensuring efficient production, operating semi-automated machines for pressing, shearing, folding, welding, and assembling pans.

Physical and Skill Requirements:

• Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards (e.g., use of protective gear)
• Willingness to learn and improve skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment
• Stand or sit for 8-10 hours with repetitive motion
• Lift 2-10 pounds repeatedly
• Understanding of production procedures, analytical skills, teamwork, and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength
