Job summary

Ace Precision is seeking a maintenance technician to maximize uptime on CNCs, PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. You will interpret manuals, drawings, and schematics to plan and execute repairs, disassemble and repair components, and verify operation.

Basic fabrication and reassembly may be required to support production. You will also maintain building systems, perform wiring and piping, assist with installations and relocations, and follow strict lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree and five years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience mix.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
• Demonstrated strength in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagnostics.
• Competent with basic math.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to LOTO.

Responsibilities

• Maximize uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance on CNCs, PLC‑controlled equipment, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Disassemble, repair or replace components, reassemble, and verify operation; perform basic fabrication/assembly as needed.
• Maintain building systems: heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical.
• Complete wiring, piping, and basic electrical repairs to support production continuity.
• Assist with equipment installations and relocations and requisition parts and supplies.
• Handle hazardous materials properly and adhere to lockout/tagout procedures.
