Job summary

The Villas Senior Care Community in Illinois seeks a certified nurse aide (CNA) to join our care team. You must be certified as a CNA per Illinois law; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; waiver options may apply for training. On-the-job training provided until competency is demonstrated. Experience in geriatric care is a plus.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living, reporting to the charge nurse, and maintaining infection control and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Take and record vital signs as directed by the nurse.
• Observe resident status and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Maintain infection control practices and privacy/dignity of residents.
