Job summary

The Villa Health Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to support residents in daily care activities. You will perform essential nursing tasks under supervision, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and help maintain a clean, safe environment in a geriatric setting.

Illinois certification is required or available training is provided; 12 hours of in-service education yearly, and basic computer literacy are expected. Prior geriatric care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Illinois law requires CNA certification.
• On-the-job training provided until eligible for CNA class and competency test.
• State requires 12 hours in-service annually.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Prior geriatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ambulate and transfer residents safely.
• Take vitals and report to nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain clean resident bedside areas and personal belongings.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
