Bethesda Home of Aberdeen is offering PAID TRAINING for Nursing Assistant Certification. The program includes on-the-job training with the possibility to obtain a CNA license during hire, plus a sign-on bonus for day and evening shifts.

Positions are part-time with flexible day or evening shifts, including 5, 8, and 12 hour options. The role focuses on providing daily nursing care per care plans and maintaining resident well-being under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent. (Must be at least 16 years of age)
• On-the-job training provided; CNA license or willingness to obtain license upon hire (paid training/certification available)

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident assessment and care plan.
• Record data including intake, vital signs, and meals; report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Respond to call lights and ensure resident privacy and comfort.
