Job summary

Skyview Rehab and Nursing in Wallingford, Connecticut is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents with compassion and professionalism.

You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient conditions, communicate clearly with families and staff, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with daily living activities like toileting, ambulating and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
