Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered MA CNA license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• New graduates welcome
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to follow resident care plans and work with residents and family members

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
• Participate in planning and following current resident care plans
• Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly
• Observe changes in resident conditions and report them promptly
• Document accurately and completely
• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident
• Answer call lights promptly and place within reach of residents
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in care areas
• Demonstrate safety techniques and knowledge of restorative nursing policies
