Job summary

BrightStar Care of Brighton / Ann Arbor is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team across the Brighton, Howell, and Ann Arbor, MI areas. We offer flexible schedules with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts to fit your lifestyle.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and report any changes to the nursing team. We provide competitive pay, benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to complete required screenings and continuing education
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to perform the physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, ambulation, transfers)
• Provide companionship and assist with errands and appointments
• Assist with mobility according to the plan of care
• Observe and report changes to the Director of Nursing
• Provide dependable, compassionate care with dignity and respect
