Qualifications

• Current CNA preferred and caring mindset.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medications reminders as needed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and toileting.
• Take and record vital signs as required.
• Transport to appointments, errands, activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and updates.

Depending on the client's needs and your qualifications, responsibilities may include:
