Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in the Brighton, Howell and Ann Arbor area. This position offers flexible scheduling with part-time, PRN, or occasional shifts across day, evening and weekend options.

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities, monitor client wellbeing, and collaborate with our nursing team to support comfort and independence while delivering high-quality, respectful service.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to complete required screenings and continuing education
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, ambulation and transfers
• Provide companionship and assistance with errands and appointments
• Assist with mobility activities according to the plan of care
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing
• Provide dependable, compassionate care while treating every client with dignity and respect
