Harborview Health Systems in Florida seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or LPN, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and help with mobility, all while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
