Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a CNA for weekend coverage as a PRN Weekend Warrior. Shifts run Saturdays and Sundays, 7 am–3 pm or 3 pm–11 pm, with a rotating cycle of five weekends on, six off.

Earn $25 per hour with Daily Pay available and provide compassionate, hands-on resident care under licensed supervision. Join a dedicated team at a 127-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on dignity, comfort, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
