Hibbard Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Dover-Foxcroft, ME is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants for our Weekend Warrior program. Earn premium pay while keeping weekdays free.

Commit to 26 weekends over 6 months with options of 3 twelve-hour shifts or 2 sixteen-hour shifts; weekend window Friday 6:30 AM to Monday 7:00 PM; $3/hour weekend differential on all weekend hours. Qualifications

• Active MAINE CNA registry placement.
• CPR certification current.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, nursing care, and anatomy/physiology.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living: showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Supporting nutrition: serving meals, feeding patients, and providing water and nourishments.
• Monitoring health: checking vital signs, answering call lights, and reporting observations to the nursing supervisor.
• Documenting care accurately and maintaining patient confidentiality.

The "Weekend Warrior" Program Details

• Commitment: 26 consecutive weekends (6 months total).

• Shift Options: Work either a minimum of three (3) 12-hour shifts or two (2) 16-hour shifts per weekend.

• Weekend Window: Defined as starting Friday at 6:30 AM and ending Monday at 7:00 PM.

• Premium Pay: Enjoy an incredible $3.00 per hour premium differential for all hours worked during the weekend window—stacked right on top of any regular weekend differentials!

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a core member of our clinical team, you will deliver amazing care, comfort, and support to our residents. Day-to-day duties include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living: showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Supporting nutrition: serving meals, feeding patients, and providing fresh water and nourishments.

• Monitoring health: checking vital signs, answering call lights, and reporting observations to the nursing supervisor.

• Documenting care accurately and maintaining professional standards and patient confidentiality.

• Strong multi-tasking, communication skills, and a friendly "bedside manner."
