Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our weekend Baylor team. The role focuses on providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort during weekend shifts.

The position offers a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM–10:00 PM) with 32 hours guaranteed and paid for 40 hours, plus opportunities for growth in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• 0 years of experience or recent graduates welcome to apply.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and resident rights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
