Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Texas driver's license.
• Pass inquiry from DMV driving record.
• No outstanding criminal/civil citations.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current CPR training card.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Complete Competency Training Checklist.
• Maintain required documents for operation inside the vehicle.
• Ensure vehicle registration, inspection and insurance are current.
• Coordinate a weekly vehicle usage schedule with the Executive Director and DON.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good repair per the operating manual.
• Comply with Abuse Prevention policies.
