Qualifications

• Must have a Certified Nursing Assistant credential.

• CPR Certification required.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Transport Residents to physician/dialysis appointments and scheduled outings.
• Maintain required documents inside the vehicle (insurance, registrations, logs).
• Ensure vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance are current.
• Coordinate weekly vehicle usage with leadership.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform preventive maintenance per manual.
