Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a Van Driver for Guadalupe Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Seguin, TX. You will operate transportation vehicles, assist residents in boarding and exiting, and adhere to safety protocols to ensure reliable service.

The role requires maintaining pre-trip/post-trip inspections, following dispatcher guidance, and preparing required reports. CNA preferred and a valid Texas license with a vehicle screening are expected.

Qualifications

• Preferred CNA certification.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and be 25 years of age or older.
• Must pass a motor vehicle screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist residents and passengers in and out of the vehicle.
• Prepare trip, accident and incident reports as necessary.
• Receive direction and route assignments from the dispatcher or supervisor.
• Assist in the evacuation of residents during emergencies if necessary.
