Qualifications
- Must have valid Texas Driver's License.
- Pass DMV driving record inquiry.
- Must become a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Must have a current CPR Training Card.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
Responsibilities
- Transport Center Residents to prearranged physician and dialysis appointments.
- Transport Residents on scheduled outings arranged by the Center.
- Maintain vehicle readiness and required documentation.
- Ensure vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance are current.
- Coordinate a weekly vehicle usage schedule with leadership.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance per manual.
- Adhere to Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention.
