Job summary

Asante is seeking a CNA/Unit Secretary in Medford, Oregon, to handle clerical and receptionist duties on nursing units and to facilitate flow of information under RN supervision. The role includes transcription of orders and upholding Asante’s patient-centered care standards.

The position offers a 0.9 FTE schedule with a variable days pattern and shift differentials for evening and night shifts, along with weekend incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification in Oregon.
• BLS certification required at start.
• Previous CNA and/or clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical, receptionist, and administrative support for the nursing unit.
• Facilitate workflow and transcribe physician orders under RN supervision.
• Promote patient safety and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate advanced Responsive Observations knowledge base.
• Provide excellent communication between staff and patients.
