Job summary

Mesquite Village Wellness & Rehabilitation in Mesquite, TX is seeking a dedicated Transportation CNA to coordinate resident transportation to medical appointments under licensed nursing supervision. You will organize and manage driving schedules, ensure safety, and transport residents to inpatient and outpatient programs while maintaining documentation.

Candidates must hold CNA certification, a valid driver’s license for the applying state, current BLS/CPR, and be willing to work full-time.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required for the state you are applying in.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required or as state regulations dictate.

Responsibilities

• Organizes transportation of residents to medical appointments based on priority of needs.
• Transports residents to inpatient/outpatient programs and to facilities and residences.
• Develops and follows driving schedules aligned with resident appointments and medical needs.
• Reports changes in resident status after transportation to the clinical supervisor.
• Ensures safety policies are followed during transport and maintenance of the vehicle.
