The role requires a valid driver’s license, a Texas CNA certification, and a clean DMV record. You will also assist with mobility and perform CNA duties when not transporting residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Age 25+ for insurance requirements.
• Current Texas CNA certification.
• Pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Complete Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Demonstrates strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transportation.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition promptly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper devices and technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
