Job summary

LifeSpire of Virginia - The Culpeper is seeking a compassionate Driver/Transportation Aide. You will transport residents to medical appointments, assist with transfers, and support activity and clinic visits for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Health Care Center residents.

The role requires a Virginia CNA license, reliable driving, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff. This full-time position offers benefits and a supportive team in Culpeper.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Virginia CNA license.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated driving skills or 2+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to meet the Community Driving Policy requirements.
• Knowledge of long-term/gerontological care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to local and out-of-town medical appointments.
• Stay with residents when they cannot be left unattended.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and facilities.
• Assist with onsite physician visits and obtaining vital signs.
• Coordinate with clinic staff for appointments and records.
