Job summary

Park Manor Cypress Station in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated CNA/Transportation Aide. This full-time, hourly position combines patient care, transportation within the facility, and supply management to support smooth operations and safe mobility for residents.

You must hold Texas CNA certification, have a valid driver's license with a clean record, and be comfortable coordinating with nursing, transportation, and supply teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies and patient transfers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with mobility and transportation needs within the healthcare facility, ensuring their safety and comfort during transfers.
• Perform routine patient care tasks under the supervision of nursing staff, including hygiene assistance, vital signs monitoring, and basic patient support.
• Manage central supply inventory by receiving, organizing, and distributing medical and operational supplies to various departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of transportation equipment and supply storage areas to comply with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, transportation, and supply chain teams to coordinate timely delivery of supplies and efficient patient movement.

About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
