Ciena Healthcare in Michigan invites motivated individuals to train as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Earn while you learn with all class expenses paid up-front by the facility, and wages paid during training.

Upon completion, CNAs are eligible for full-time positions with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, 401K with matching funds, tuition reimbursement, and AFLAC. High school diploma or GED required.

Earn while you learn!

Students will train locally, with all class expenses paid for up-front by the facility! In addition, students will be paid a wage while in class and reimbursed for transportation to the training.

Once training is complete, CNAs are eligible for Full Time positions with full benefits.
