Job summary

Maple Farm is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will help meet residents' needs with dignity and safety while supporting daily household activities.

During training, CNAs earn $18.75 per hour. After training, full-time shifts (Day, Evening, or Night) are available. Maple Farm emphasizes compassionate person-centered care and a mission-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years or older.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, reporting needs and concerns to a licensed Nurse.
• Responsible for the safety of residents.
• Provide activities, programs and visits geared toward the interests and abilities of the residents.
• Assists with transporting residents to activities, events and as needed.
• Documentation in electronic medical record system.
