Job summary

Maple Farm offers a Certified Nurse Assistant Training Program. CNAs provide direct care to residents under a licensed nurse, focused on dignity, safety and well-being while supporting daily activities.

This role starts at $18.75 per hour during training and becomes a full-time position with Day, Evening, or Night shifts after training. Maple Farm emphasizes compassion, respect, and living life with purpose.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment and EMR systems preferred.
• Willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision of a licensed Nurse.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
• Assist with activities and transportation to events as needed.

At Maple Farm, ourCNAs provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role ensures residents’ needs are met with dignity, respect, and safety, while supporting household activities and the overall well‑being of residents.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct care to residents, reporting needs and concerns to a licensed Nurse
• Responsible for the safety of residents
• Provide activities, programs and visits geared toward the interests and abilities of the residents
• Assists with transporting residents to activities, events and as needed
• Documentation in electronic medical record system.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 17 years or older
• Knowledge of basic office equipment and electronic medical record systems preferred
• An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residents.

Additional Information
