Job summary

Canyon Springs Post-Acute in San Jose, CA is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our stable, patient‑focused team. New graduates are welcome and training is provided.

You will deliver hands-on resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support a safe, comfortable environment. PM and NOC shifts are available on a full‑time 4/2 rotation, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Ability to work a consistent full-time 4/2 rotation.
• Availability for PM or NOC shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care.
• Follow individualized care plans under licensed nursing staff.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Accurately document care and services provided.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
