Vacaville Ranch Post-Acute is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). We’re training new grads and welcome motivated individuals to join our skilled nursing facility team in Vacaville, CA.

CNAs provide routine daily care according to care plans, assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and monitor patient conditions. A California CNA license and active BLS are required or in process.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA license.
• Active BLS certification.
• Willingness to train; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.).
• Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort.
• Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients.
