Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to assigned patients per assessments and care plans.
• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers and positioning.
• Support patients with physician-ordered medications that are self-administered.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Monitor and report on patients' health conditions promptly.
