Job summary

NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to join our team as a CNA Instructor. This opportunity lets you share your knowledge, mentor future nursing assistants, and influence resident care in a supportive team environment.

Teach CNA students in classroom and clinical settings, prepare them for Missouri CNA certification, and help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals with a focus on compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold MO LPN or RN license.
• Clinical nursing experience required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Teaching experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach CNA students in classroom and clinical settings.
• Prepare students for Missouri CNA certification exam.
• Mentor and develop future healthcare professionals.
• Promote compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Help students build the skills and confidence needed for successful careers in healthcare.
