Distinction, LLC is seeking a knowledgeable CNA Instructor to support healthcare career training at the St. Louis Job Corps Center. The role focuses on hands-on instruction, preparing students for CNA certification, and building clinical learning opportunities.

The RN or LPN licensed instructor will liaise with healthcare partners to create pathways to employment, while promoting student success and professional development in a dynamic program.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (RN or LPN) per state CNA instructor requirements.
• Experience in nursing, patient care, or a related healthcare setting.
• Experience teaching nursing assistants, healthcare students, or entry-level staff.
• Knowledge of Job Corps or similar career training programs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on instruction in foundational nursing assistant skills and patient care.
• Prepare students for CNA competency evaluations and certification.
• Develop lesson plans and activities aligned with curriculum and program standards.
• Serve as liaison between students, healthcare employers, and community partners.
• Assist in building partnerships that support clinical experiences and employment opportunities.
