Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our CNA Trainee Classes. As a CNA Trainee, you will be immersed in a comprehensive training program, designed to prepare you for a rewarding career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Through our program, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care to our residents, while also having opportunities for career advancement and education.

Formación

• No prior experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a Criminal History Background Check.
• Two forms of ID and proof of MMR immunizations upon hire.
• Strong customer service skills and a desire to pursue a career in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Attend scheduled CNA classes, led by experienced instructors.
• Participate in hands-on training and clinical experiences.
• Develop strong communication and customer service skills.
• Learn fundamentals of patient care and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and promoting a positive environment for residents.
• Meet the qualifications for certification as a CNA upon successful program completion.
