Saint Elizabeth Community in East Greenwich, RI, is hosting a CNA Training Program Hiring Event on Nov 10, 2026 from 1pm to 3pm at Saint Elizabeth Home. On-the-spot interviews are available, with an upcoming class starting December 7, 2026 and limited spots.

The program leads to CNA positions in Saint Elizabeth Home or Home Care, with evening class options and a total bonus program upon completion. Pay ranges from $22.66 to $23.43 per hour and full-time/part-time shifts are offered.

*Graduates of this class will work at Saint Elizabeth Home or in our Home Care division*

Benefits Of This Opportunity Include

• Testing costs and class materials covered by Saint Elizabeth Community
• Job placement upon successful completion of the class in our Home Care division.
• A retention bonus of $1,000 is available upon completion of 6 months of satisfactory qualifying employment with Saint Elizabeth Community and again at the end of 12 months, for a total of $2,000.

Our program consists of both comprehensive classroom and hands‑on clinical education.

Qualifications For This Position

• Possess a strong desire and passion for direct patient care.
• Must enjoy working with the elderly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Previous direct patient care or human services experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be available to attend all classes (held in Warwick, RI) and clinical rotation (held in East Greenwich, RI).
• Must be able to communicate in English, both orally and written.
• Reliable vehicle, automobile insurance, and valid driver's license required.
• Excellent attendance, dependability, and punctuality required.
• Availability to work for Saint Elizabeth Home or our Home Care Division for a minimum of one year (part‑time or full‑time) following graduation.

Please note that CNA class graduates are required to maintain employment with Saint Elizabeth Community in a staff position with a minimum of 24 scheduled hours per week for a period of one year following graduation. Should your status change or employment end prior to fulfilling the one‑year commitment, graduates are responsible for reimbursing Saint Elizabeth Community for the cost of their training.
