Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our CNA Trainee Classes. As a CNA Trainee, you will be immersed in a comprehensive training program, designed to prepare you for a rewarding career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Through our program, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care to our residents, while also having opportunities for career advancement and education.
Attend scheduled CNA classes, led by experienced instructors
Participate in hands-on training and clinical experiences
Develop strong communication and customer service skills
Learn the fundamentals of patient care and safety protocols
Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and promoting a positive environment for residents
Meet the qualifications for certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) upon successful completion of the program
No prior experience necessary
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to pass a Criminal History Background Check
2 forms of ID and proof of MMR immunizations required upon hire
Strong customer service skills and a desire to pursue a career in healthcare
