Dove Healthcare invites you to join its CNA Trainee program. The role pays $15 per hour for attendance time during CNA class, and the class/testing fees are paid. A $500 bonus awaits six months after completing CNA testing, provided you remain employed at a participating location.

The upcoming class runs October 20 – November 19, Tue–Thu, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM. Eligible candidates are 18+ and encouraged to apply.

How does this program work?

1. 1st: Apply for the CNA Trainee position.
2. 2nd: Participate in a successful interview.
3. 3rd: Sign the program agreement.
4. 4th: Choose a CNA class (free) that works best for your schedule. We will assist you in signing up. You will get paid for each hour you complete of the 75-hour class.
5. 5th: Take the state competency exam at no cost to you.
6. 6th: Receive a $500 bonus after six consecutive months of work as a CNA at one of our participating Dove Healthcare locations.
