Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility.
• Provide basic patient care and emotional support under licensed staff.
• Document vital signs, input/output, and report changes to nurse.
• Help with transfers, positioning, and ambulation using safe techniques and equipment (e.g., gait belts, Hoyer lifts).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents.
• Support rehabilitation goals by encouraging independence and dignity.
