CNA Train for Free

Certified Nursing Assistant – Train for Free

We provide paid training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant through classwork and lab skills. The three‑week CNA class has limited seating and only top candidates are chosen.

Concordia pays for the class, class materials & pays you while attending the class!

Rate of pay while in class: $17.50 / hour.

After completing the class, you will be paid $18.75 / hour while working on the floor before testing. In addition, Concordia provides $2.00 / hour shift differentials for afternoon and $1.50 / hour shift differentials for midnight shifts, plus $1.50 / hour for all weekend shifts.

Upon obtaining CNA certification, base wage increases to $19.75 / hour.

Full‑time and part‑time positions are available for the afternoon and midnight shifts and include an every‑other weekend rotation.

Training Program Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with eating and drinking
• Assist with ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
• Document the care that was provided
• Provide treatment per the ADL/treatment book
• Answer resident call bells and respond to needs promptly
