Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Washington Nursing Assistant, Certified license.
• Completion of AED, First Aid, and CPR training within 30 days of hire.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities to support quality of life.
• Provide basic nursing and nursing-related care within guidelines.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the licensed nurse promptly.
• Collaborate with the Neighborhood Team to support holistic, resident-focused care.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
