Regency Pullman is seeking caring CNA staff who will train to become Med-Aide. You will provide quality nursing care, assist residents with daily activities, monitor health and maintain dignity in a supportive, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include following care plans, taking vital signs, documenting observations, and promoting resident rights and well-being while staying compliant with facility policies and infection control procedures.

Formación

• Possess a CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Have the ability to obtain CPR/BLS card.

Responsabilidades

• Follow individualized care plans and document observations for residents.
• Provide daily nursing care including grooming, bathing, feeding and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, range of motion and safety.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain residents' dignity, rights and quality of life.
