In partnership with University of Hawai'i Maui College's hybrid Practical Nursing (PN) program, the CNA to LPN Bridge is designed especially for working CNAs and other healthcare professionals who want to become Licensed Practical Nurses. Eligible employees on four islands have an opportunity to become Practical Nurses while they are working. The program produces Practical Nurses who graduate with the Certificate of Achievement and are prepared to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse at our Ohana Pacific Health Communities.
