CNA STNA Hospice PRN Shifts: Evenings and Weekends

CNA STNA Hospice PRN Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification.
• Must be certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification.
• 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide is required.
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
• Must demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, a valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
• Travel to the office located in Green, Ohio is required. Serving patients throughout 9 counties in Northeast Ohio as part of the emergent care team.
