Otterbein Marblehead, situated on 47 acres two blocks from Lake Erie and near Lakeside Chautauqua, in Ohio's northern shores and islands vacation destinations, features 57 independent living patio homes and apartments, 37 assisted living units, and 20 “5-Star” nursing care suites in two “GreenHouse” homes.

Job Types: Full-Time 1st, Full-Time 3rd, and PRN

Pay: PRN starting at $17.00; Full-Time starting from $18.50, with increases based on experience. Additional shift differentials: $3.00 for 2nd shift and $1.50 for 3rd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Care for residents needing assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and maintain independence.
• Accurately and efficiently document care provided.
• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Valid Ohio CNA/STNA certification, passing the state test, and listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to use proper lift techniques and equipment.

Waiting to test for your CNA/STNA? License expired? We offer Resident Assistant positions and can assist in obtaining or renewing your CNA/STNA certification.
