TATTNALL HEALTH CENTER is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant Staffing Coordinator to support both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent develops and implements individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure customers' needs are met.

Requirements include completion of a State approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program and preferred experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• State approved CNA program completion is required.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans to meet customer needs.
• Perform customer care activities and nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers.
• Supervise and support care delivery under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
