Job summary

CareOne Northampton is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for second and third shifts in Northampton, MA. You will assist nursing staff with basic patient care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

Candidates must have an active CNA certification in the state, be able to read/write/speak English, and demonstrate empathy, teamwork, and patience.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA certification in the state of operation.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to age-related needs of residents.
• Demonstrates teamwork and a positive, compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Move patients and change linens as needed.
• Support a safe, clean and comfortable resident environment.
